They are open 24 hours, so I'll leave it there!😁 Oh, they have a lot of washers and a dryer and a phone charging area! Annnd....they are open 24 hours! They a card or you can use their quarter machine. And if you're short, yes, they have an ATM!🥰

This is a very good laundromat and it is a shame that some people don't appreciate it being in the hood. I hope they don't move or close due to the ignorance of some. I'm sitting here wasting and an idiot stole some soap and bottle water. I personally appreciate the care they take in keeping it clean.

Small business, seems to be family owned. Left my things overnight and couldn't find them in the morning. Initially it was a bit hard to get a hold of someone but they did end up helping me out.

VERY clean machines and just clean overall. I came right after work around 6pm on a Friday and it really wasn’t that busy. Tons of machines available this particular day. The washers are huge and are about $7. They have a huge wall of laundry products (and vending machine for smaller amounts) if you forgot yours or don’t have any. They also have an ATM and change machine for convenience.

Let me start by saying I HATE DOING LAUNDRY! But I LOVE coming to Skylar Taylor for many reasons like the free wifi, water but the MAIN reason I travel alllll the way from midtown Detroit is because of WIDAD!!!!! She is so sweet, I’ve never seen her sit for even a moment. She is always cleaning the machines and the floors. I can thank her enough for making an unpleasant experience much BETTER!!! Very clean and well maintained. The difference in our cultures sometimes will cause a language barrier, which could lead to a possible misunderstanding. The attendant when asked a question may need further clarity if there is a problem, because English is not her native tongue. Very nice and safe environment.

On my second visit here I was greeted warmly by a wonderful employee named Rachida. This beautiful lady was the hardest worker I had ever seen! She was constantly mopping the floors, wiping the counters, helping the guests feel at home, she never stopped! If I was still in management/HR, I would recruit her for my business! You cannot teach someone to have that kind of work ethic! I joked with her that she must not have a problem falling asleep at night when she gets home - she must be exhausted!
I will tell you that the first time I was here I never found an employee. I was like a fish out of water not knowing what to do and there was no help in sight. I almost did not come back. I'm happy I tried again and experienced this worker who not only helped me, but, unfortunately, fell while I was there, and even though she (I found out on my third visit) broke her finger, and badly bruised her leg and arm, she continued to try to do her job and to help me and other clients while she waited for her replacement! I can't say enough positive things about her as an employee, and the impression that she left on me. I hope her bosses see this and reward her for being such an exemplary employee. I will come back again, and hope that she's there to assist on the days that I do. 😊

I have been coming here since COVID era. Widad is the reason why I come to this specific location. The sweetest lady ever to help me out with laundry machines and has the best customer service-She treats everyone with respect and is very attentive . If you’re like me and don’t have time to go to a bank and get coins this laundromat operates on Apple Pay. Very convenient & this location is always clean.

Super cool and practice this laundry. You can pay and activate the washing and
drying machines with an app or with coins. The whole area looks clean and tidy. The decoration is really very nice. From today it will be I will go to wash my clothes there. The lady who attended us when she arrived was very friendly and helpful in explaining the operation of the app and the machines.

Great laundromat bought my detergent there washing machines are huge the dryers are the key tho only 1.25 and my clothes were completely dry and I used the biggest dryer and put 2 loads in it !!!!

Super clean place, the aesthetics inside are really nice too. Cost like $30 bucks to do 4 relatively heaping loads on laundry, used the big washers to wash and it was really quick. Took like an hour and a half to get it all done. Went up the street to get breakfast while things were drying. And the clothes actually felt washed compared to the ones at our apartment complex :)

Such a clean and welcoming place. There’s an app that you can download to pay for the machines which makes it easy. Also, the free water and wifi are a bonus! I was able to do my homework while waiting for the laundry to be done. Lastly, the customer service was amazing, she showed us all the machines and asked if we had any questions. Definitely will be coming back!

So I was here this evening and witnessed Tahaini help this older gentleman that was using to walking sticks to walk she brought his clothes in got coins for him loaded his machine and removed the clothes when they were completed he was so grateful for her helping him I thought it was mega sweet she constantly cleaned like the Lady that was here earlier also….lobe this place

It is very clean. They offer a variety of detergents in various sizes if you forget yours. They have tv's for your entertainment and complementary refreshments. I like that they have separate restrooms for men and women. The major plus side is they have an app to pay for washing & drying. Just recommend not coming here on a Saturday because it is busy, busy. I love the decorations. I will be back.

Best laundry mat I have been to!
I come in 1-2 times a week and everything is always clean. Theres a variety of sizes of both washers or dryers to acomidate to your loads, and you should have to worry on waiting for one to be available; there are plenty! I love that they have dexter pay available, it makes it so much easier! The people are always kind and you will get serviced good. I 10/10 recomend going to this place.

This laundromat has awesome dryers that dry great! Haven’t had the chance to try out the washers yet. This is a new place so all new equipment and the have complimentary water for your leisure as you launder. I met Sandra and she is a very nice and sweet lady, thanks for the bag Sandra! Will be back most definitely! This is a laundromat everyone needs to try out! Did I mention it is quiet and peaceful, not packed to the top with people all the time! 5 stars!!!!
